How I went from No! to Whoa!
Yeah, yeah the title is cheesy. I know.
And yes, I haven’t posted for a while but I am pretty sure this one will be appreciated.
I am not really a dress person so when I came across this dress in my closet for who knows how long, I felt a wave of inspiration come over me.
I started with this plain, black dress and ended with a great and unique peice.
And I will tell you how to do the same.
I bought this black dress at Target for a silly reason I cannot remember and turned it into this:
Heres how: First, I brought the dress way up and pinned the back with a saftey pin. This took off about 13 inches of material.
After noticing I wasn’t at all crazy about the weird elastic waist line, I covered it with a silk hair scarve.
Then, I just threw on a jacket that I normally wear with a white shirt and jeans on top and voila! A simple, great way to improvise a not-so-nice garment.

Who are you voting for?
One of my current favortie Television shows, Project Runway is near its end! Early in the show I was voting for Allison, I loved her baby doll-ish designs, but soon in the show, she was suprisingly eliminated and I began voting For Michael.
I knew as soon as I saw him make a dress entirely of Coffee filters, he had a gift

Am I good or what?!?
While going through my daily round of fashion blogs I thought, “I wish I just could get these emailed to me so I wouldnt have to worry about 20billion links…” And then it hit me, if you would like, just give me your email(through a comment) and every time I make a post, I will send the exact same thing to you! New Category- I need your help!
I have really wanted to make a column for this blog like a cute outfit a celebrity is wearing then find a cheaper version. But I am having trouble finding pictures I want to re-creae.
